3patte Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all products, services, features, and content offered by 3patte ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") at the domain 3patte.pro and any associated mobile or web applications. By accessing or using 3patte in any capacity, you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms are applicable to all visitors, registered users, depositing players, and any other persons who interact with 3patte's platform or content. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

3patte reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and maintain an account on 3patte, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Access to 3patte is strictly prohibited for persons under 21. Age verification may be requested at any point and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order from 3patte or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You have not previously had a 3patte account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any person employed by 3patte or its affiliated software or payment partners.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 3patte. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed without notice, and any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited. You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration and to keep all account details current.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3patte login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

• All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility until 3patte is formally notified of unauthorised access.
• You must notify 3patte's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• 3patte will never request your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from 3patte and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.
• You must ensure that your device and connection are secure when accessing 3patte. Use of public Wi-Fi networks without adequate VPN protection is done at your own risk.
• 3patte employs 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire platform. However, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted over networks outside our direct control.

3patte reserves the right to lock or suspend an account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. We will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder of any such action via the registered email address on file.

3patte accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Pakistan: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Allied Bank, and USDT TRC20. All PKR deposits are credited to your 3patte wallet upon confirmed clearance from the relevant payment provider.

• The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is displayed on the cashier page at the time of deposit.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment source that is legally owned and operated by the registered account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 3patte does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independent of 3patte.
• Deposits made in error — including duplicate submissions — must be reported to support immediately. 3patte is not liable for delays caused by the player's payment provider.
• 3patte reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
• Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are subject to network confirmation times and exchange rate conversion at the time of crediting. 3patte's PKR conversion rate at time of receipt is final.

Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions outlined in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received, during all hours including weekends and public holidays.

• All withdrawals require a fully completed KYC verification before they can be processed. This includes submission and approval of government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to make the deposit, where technically feasible. This is an anti-money laundering requirement, not a preference.
• Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply per method and are displayed on the cashier page. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• 3patte aims to process approved withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within five minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
• 3patte reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, AML checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal of real-money funds or bonus-derived winnings can be processed.

3patte offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer as well as the general bonus conditions set out below.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must satisfy the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the associated deposit) must be wagered using eligible games before withdrawal is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game type are displayed in the relevant promotion's terms at the time of the offer.

All casino games available on 3patte — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, virtual sports, and instant win titles — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure statistically fair outcomes over time.

• Individual game rules are governed by the rules of the respective software provider. In the event of a conflict between provider rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
• Bets placed and confirmed by the system are final. No bets may be altered or cancelled after the game round has commenced.
• In the event of a technical malfunction — including server disconnection, software error, or interrupted game session — all affected bets and rounds are void and the original bet amount will be returned to the player's wallet.
• 3patte does not manipulate game outcomes. All payouts are calculated and dispensed automatically by the game software. 3patte's staff have no ability to alter the outcome of any game round in progress.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available on the game's information panel and represent the theoretical long-run payout percentage. RTP does not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

3patte's sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, Pakistan national team fixtures, IPL, and international T20 series), football, kabaddi, and other sports. All sports bets are subject to the following conditions in addition to the sport-specific rules displayed on the sportsbook interface.

• Bets are accepted only when a market is in an "open" state. 3patte reserves the right to suspend or close any market at any time before settlement.
• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at confirmation are locked and will not change regardless of subsequent market movements.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended without notice during key match events (wickets, injuries, weather delays) and will reopen when stable odds can be calculated.
• Bets on events that are cancelled, abandoned, or declared void are settled at odds of 1.0 (stake returned), unless the sport-specific rules state otherwise.
• Where an obvious pricing error ("palpable error") is identified in any listed odds — such as odds significantly out of line with the true market — 3patte reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and refund the original stake.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event apply and are displayed at the point of bet placement. 3patte will not pay out amounts in excess of the stated maximum regardless of the calculated winnings.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 3patte. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or KYC, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one registered account for any purpose, including to claim welcome bonuses multiple times.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live poker or table games.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the platform in any way not intended for human players.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers, free spins, or promotional credits in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gameplay.
• Money Laundering: Using the 3patte platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of laundering proceeds of crime. 3patte has a legal obligation to report suspected money laundering activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or mobile wallet provider after funds have been used on the platform.
• Technical Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting any software bug, loophole, or vulnerability in the platform to gain a financial advantage. Such bugs must be reported to support immediately upon discovery.

Either party may terminate the player's account at any time. The circumstances and consequences of account closure depend on who initiates it and the reason for closure.

• Voluntary Closure by Player: You may request account closure at any time by contacting 3patte support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be paid out subject to completed KYC verification. Outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds will be forfeited.
• Closure by 3patte for Breach: If your account is closed due to breach of these Terms, 3patte reserves the right to withhold some or all funds pending investigation. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, balances may be permanently forfeited.
• Self-Exclusion Closure: Accounts closed via the self-exclusion tool are subject to the cooling-off or permanent exclusion period requested by the player. Re-registration during an active exclusion period is a breach of these Terms.
• Temporary Suspension: 3patte may temporarily suspend an account pending investigation of suspected fraud, AML concerns, or security issues. The account holder will be notified by email at the earliest opportunity.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 3patte platform for personal recreational purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any 3patte content without prior written authorisation.
• Game content is licensed from third-party software providers. All game-related intellectual property rights remain with the respective providers.
• Unauthorised use of 3patte's intellectual property may give rise to legal action for infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3patte's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 3patte is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, however arising.
• 3patte does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability.

• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 3patte's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3patte holds its international gaming licence. The applicable jurisdiction shall take precedence in the event of any conflict with local law in Pakistan.

• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, game outcome, bonus calculation, or account decision, you must first contact 3patte's support team and allow a reasonable period for internal resolution before escalating the matter.
